Can you give a single reason why not these guys shouldn't port or stick with their EB-2 priority date?
We should wish EB-3 dates also move and the guys get their GC before porting EB-3 to EB-2, otherwise EB-2 will retrogress (that�s the truth) and those are eligible to port will do it.

NSC received my application July 2nd (concurrent filing 485/EAD/AP..)
1. When do the 90 days wait start counting? From July 2nd? (that would mean I should receive my EAD by 1st October.
2. I read walk in centers is a service not provided by USCIS anymore. However, cannot find conclusive information (many people say they still do). What will happen then after the 90 day period? How can I get my interim EAD if it does not arrive on time?

Are you just trying to get people to click somewhere so that it generates ads revenue for you. The links you provided only open up windows that shows ads. I think you are a thug because don't have correct profile here, at the same time you are using some other webiste to track your GC to generate revenue for someone else, and now you are trying to lure people to visit that site. I think your are phony because your ways are suspicious. I will not do what you are saying.

I dont understand your first question, what do yo mean be switch to company A using EAD as well as on H1 for B.
you cannot use both H1 or EAD at the same time.
If company A is dying then it might be better to switch with the understanding that I-140 will not be revoked but if an RFE arises then someone will be able to provide docs etc.
As for H1 renewal you cannot pay yourself maybe an equivalent reduction in salary might work

Hi,
My wife is waiting on her H-1B approval. She is on a H-4 currently. The company that sponsored her H-1B is an american fortune 500. This will be her first H-1B and she is in the USA for 11 months now. I have a few questions:
1. To apply for the SSN she would need the original I-797 and the I-94, correct?
2. After she applies at the SSN office, will she be able to see the number immediately (and wait for the card) ?
3. How long does it normally take them for issuing a SSN for a person like her? (H-4 to first time H-1B)?

Change add' online in USCIS website. After few days you will receive confirmation letter. Also send AR-11 for to DHS and confirm with USCIS.
FYI, i saw 2 LUDs on 485 & EAD from the day i changed the address online.
I didn't get second part.
What is DHS?
Which address should I send AR-11 to ?
After all this is done will they resend the returned card or do I have to specifically request for it?

I spoke with my lawyer again and he said that we are fine using the experience on my current job. The company that is petitioning my application is where I got most of the experience mentioned in my labor. What do you recommend I do at this point ?
I will try and talk to another lawyer and get their views on this issue. Can I retain my priority date and file under perm at this stage. I am so stressed, I waited four years for my labor and it is about to go to hell. :mad:

I was wondering if the ASC asks to reschedule instead of doing a walk-in again , as my search tells me that Boston ASC most likely will ask to reschedule. Can we just go to another nearest ASC (Rhode Island) or Manchester, NH which allows walk-in after the finger heals instead of waiting for the rescheduled appointment notice to be received from the original ASC. My wife has made plans to go visit her parents in next 2 weeks and we did not anticipate that such a thing would happen.
